What a diagnostic includes
- Interview
- Ten minutes with you before we touch the car. Conditions, frequency, recent work.
- Full scan
- Every module, not just the engine. Stored, pending and history codes.
- Road test with logging
- Live data recorded while we reproduce the fault on the road.
- Pinpoint testing
- Circuit, pressure, smoke and component tests to prove the cause.
- Written report
- What we found, the data that shows it, and your options.
Help us find it faster
- Note when it happens: cold start, highway, braking, turning
- Record a video if you can do it safely, sound on
- Tell us about recent work or modifications, even small ones
- Leave the warning light on. Clearing codes erases evidence
