Water where it shouldn't be? Shut off the main, then call (203) 555-0162

Repairs & projects

Two kinds of work, handled two different ways.

A burst supply line and a bathroom remodel both need a plumber, but not the same conversation. Here is how each one runs.

Repairs

Fast, contained, explained.

  1. Tell us what is happening. Phone or form. Shut off the water first if anything is leaking.
  2. We give you an arrival window. The plumber calls when on the way.
  3. Diagnosis, then a price. Written, before any work, with options when there are some.
  4. Repair and test. We run the fixture, check for leaks, and clean up.

Projects

Planned, drawn, coordinated.

  1. Walk-through. We look at the space, the existing pipes and what you want to change.
  2. Fixture list and scope. What goes where, which valves, and who supplies what.
  3. Rough-in and inspection. Pipes in place and tested before walls close.
  4. Trim and handover. Fixtures installed, everything flushed, a sheet of what was used.

What sits behind the wall matters most.

The fixture is what you see. The valve behind it decides whether the shower holds temperature when someone flushes, and whether the next repair means opening tile. We spend the time on that part.

  • Pressure-balanced or thermostatic shower valves
  • Accessible shut-offs at every fixture
  • Pressure test before drywall, documented with photos
