A beautiful bathroom fails quietly when the valve behind the tile is wrong. We start there.

Practice areas

I

Renovation rough-in

Supply, drain and venting laid out to the drawings, pressure-tested and photographed before a single tile goes up.

Bathroom with walnut cabinetry, a round mirror and dark stone
II

Fixture installation

Wall-mounted spouts at the exact height the designer drew. Thermostatic valves set and balanced. Nothing caulked to hide a gap.

III

Water heating

Tankless, indirect and recirculating systems sized for the bathrooms you are adding, so the far shower is hot in seconds.

Finish notes

Four finishes, and how they live.

Bronze spout running water into a round metal basin
  • Brushed bronze

Warm and forgiving with water spots. Darkens slightly over years.

  • Unlacquered brass

Bright at install, then patinas. A choice, not a defect.

  • Matte black

Graphic and calm. Shows hard-water marks; worth a softener.

  • Polished nickel

Warmer than chrome, classic with marble. Needs a soft cloth.
