Leak and storm repair

You might need this when
Water stain on a ceiling, shingles in the yard, drips around a chimney or skylight.
What we do
We trace the leak from the attic and the roof, fix the cause rather than the symptom, and photograph the repair.

Roof inspections

You might need this when
Buying or selling a house, a roof over 15 years old, or after a heavy storm.
What we do
A written report with photos covering shingles, flashing, vents, gutters, attic ventilation and signs of decking damage.

Full roof replacement

You might need this when
Widespread wear, repeated leaks, or a roof that has simply reached the end of its life.
What we do
Tear-off to the deck, decking repairs where needed, ice and water barrier, new flashing and ventilation, and your choice of roofing.

Flashing and chimneys

Step and counter flashing replaced properly, not caulked over. Most chronic leaks live here.
