Built for homes that see real New England weather.

Living room with a wood stove, armchairs and tall windows

A service company first.

Northline was written as the kind of heating and cooling company most neighborhoods are lucky to have: one that answers the phone, shows up in the window it gave, and explains the problem before quoting the fix.

The business is mostly repair and maintenance. Replacements happen when they make sense, after a proper look at the house, and never as the opening line of a service call.

Sample content. A real company would tell its own story here: who founded it, who still answers the phone, and what they learned along the way.

Three habits customers notice.

Diagnosis before pressure

You see what was checked, what was found, and which choices you have. A replacement is one option, not the default.

Written scope

Repair approvals and replacement estimates name the work and the price before anything starts.

Useful follow-through

Equipment notes, warranty dates and the next maintenance visit are written down and sent to you.
